Shipping policy

I will aim to dispatch all orders out within 3-5 days after the order is made.

For the UK there is a flat P&P rate of £7.95 for all items apart from lampshades and upholsthery items which have a flat P&P rate of £15.99. Additional charges for multiple items may apply.

For the rest of the world items under 2kg carry a rate of £19.99 items over 2kg carry a rate of £59.99

If you need the item sooner please send an email to c@chloejonasoninteriors.com and I will do my best to prioritise your order.

If the dispatch of your item is delayed, I will contact you to give you an update.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A P&P charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
